What little monkeys!!
Baked Potato Soup
1 head cauliflower cut into chunks
4 large potatoes cut into chunks
4 cups milk
1 bunch green onions sliced (whites only reserve greens for garnish)
Put all in a large pot to simmer slowly until veggies are done.
Then add 2 cups milk and salt and pepper to taste, and puree. (I use the blender)
You can top each bowl of soup with the greens from the onions, shredded cheese, bacon crumbles, and/or sour cream.
