We're finally blogging! Thanks to the support of our sister-in-law Maggie, we are now able to keep in touch with all of our long lost friends, as well as the not-so-lost ones!
1 head cauliflower cut into chunks 4 large potatoes cut into chunks 4 cups milk 1 bunch green onions sliced (whites only reserve greens for garnish) Put all in a large pot to simmer slowly until veggies are done. Then add 2 cups milk and salt and pepper to taste, and puree. (I use the blender) You can top each bowl of soup with the greens from the onions, shredded cheese, bacon crumbles, and/or sour cream.
